When do you ship?

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. As our jewellery is all handmade, items are shipped out within 3-4 business days following receipt of payment.

 

Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically as well as internationally. If you have a question about any shipping method, please contact info@amleyjewellery.com.au

 

How do you ship?

Amley Jewellery is located in Australia.  We use Australia Post for all of our shipments.  Our website will allow you to choose your shipping option at check out.  Whilst we will endeavour to get your package to you as quickly as possible, our chosen carrier- Australia Post - may at times experience delays.

 

Rates to ship?

We charge a flat rate for shipping as indicated to us by Australia Post. The charge is based on weight (including product and packaging) and location.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@amleyjewellery.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Return Policy

Amley Jewellery allows you to return an item within 10 days of original purchase date.

There will be no credit on the original shipping and handling.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The item must be in its original packaging and must be unused, and in its original condition. An email advice to info@amleyjewellery.com.au quoting item description, name and payment reference number should be sent prior to return and we will acknowledge the same within 2 working days.

Upon receipt of the item, Amley Jewellery will review and inspect it to ensure there are no visible damages, defects, or alterations. If any are found, we will notify you and you must decide if said item needs to be shipped back to you (at your expense) or discarded. Written authorization must be provided to discard.

Credits/refunds will be issued in the same manner as payment at the time of order.

Amley Jewellery reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned item prior to authorizing a credit. This may result in a credit being denied.

 

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE CANNOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE EARRINGS DUE TO HYGIENE REASONS.
